The acknowledgment received in september 2015 is a management tool for all types of organizations to optimize their organizational culture. This certification program is aimed at achieving a solid balance between the corporate interests and concerns of company employees. We have adopted the ISO 9001-2008 standard as a model to raise the quality of all company processes and thereby improve both customer satisfaction and perception. This system is based on the basic principle of a process-oriented approach, aimed at ensuring the satisfaction of internal and external users in the organization.

Granted by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), in recognition of compliance with international standards for the internal audit professional practice. We are the first chamber of commerce in the country to achieve this recognition.

This is the largest voluntary network in the world and intends to implement 10 principles to foster businesses' civic responsibility, so they can contribute to solving the challenges of globalization. All of this in order to promote the achievement of the Development Goals for the Millennium, as established by the UN. 

Inter-American Commercial Arbitration Commission (SICE) 

Our Center of Arbitration and Conciliation is the National Section of this entity, which responds to the need to create an inter-American arbitration and conciliation system to resolve in specialized and effective manner, any trade disputes that may arise within the international business community. 

Colombia Online Award 2011

Our website received the award Colombia en Línea in the Large company category. The award, granted by the Colombian Chamber of Information and Telecommunications (CCIT, from its spanish acronym), in partnership with El Tiempo and the Government Online Program, is the highest recognition to the best websites in the country.
