Loss of Affiliate status
A CCB Affiliate may lose such status in any of the following cases:
- By written request of the Affiliate.
- For not paying the affiliation or renewal fee on time.
- For loss of merchant status.
- For failure to meet any of the requirements and responsibilities established for maintaining Affiliate status.
- For being in the process of liquidation.
- For a change in principal domicile to another jurisdiction.
- By order of a competent authority.
