What is the National Tourism Registry (RNT)? -
I already renewed my RNT but it is not listed as updated in the system. What should I do? Contact us through the CCB Chat on our website ( www.ccb.org.co ) and find information about the status of your renewal.
You can also contact us by e-mail ( rnt@ccb.org.co ) and receive a response from an RNT specialized advisor.
Remember that the CCB, by law, has 15 days to respond to the request for renewal (Article 2.2.4.1.1.5 of Decree 229/2017).
