We have mechanisms that ensures the protection, storage and proper use of your personal information, therefore and according to Law 1581 of 2012, you can exercise your right to know or delete said information by completing the personal information processing authorization or reclamation form, and submitting it to our offices .

CCB has collected personal information from various owners, in execution of its private and public duties (the latter associated with the delegation of Public Records) and upholds the principles enacted by the law: legality, purpose, freedom, reliability or quality, transparency, restricted access and distribution, security and confidentiality.
