International Business Registers Report
 
The Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá was invited to participate in the annual European Commerce Registers Forum (ECRF), Corporate Registers Forum (CRF) and The International Association of Commercial Administrators (IACA) Survey for 2013. The survey, which began in 2002, is the only one of its kind and encompasses over seventy registries from six continents.

The survey describes and compares company registration practices and performances globally, in order to provide jurisdictions with better knowledge on how to improve and enhance business registration procedures. Data collected was analyzed and presented in a benchmarking report published in June 2014. Results from the survey, also were presented at the annual conferences for CRF (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), IACA (Milwaukee, USA) and ECRF (Rome, Italy).

Answers to the survey questions were based on the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá registry's statistics and status for the period January 1 to December 31, 2013. The survey is conducted by the Swedish Company Registration Office on behalf of the ECRF, CRF and IACA organizations.
