Foundation, certificates and documents

Log in for this free service and send us your certificates or documents from shareholders’ meetings, partner meetings, board meetings, management boards, meetings of associates or delegates, and founders’ boards, whether for the merchant’s or non-profit entity (entity) registry before registering them at a CCB office. A lawyer will study them and will issue you with an opinion.

Terms and conditions for use of the service

• The response time is three business days from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
• This only applies for commercial companies and non-profit entities with decisions subject to being on the CCB public registry.
• The service is not applicable for:- Certificates and/or documents of foreign branches, powers of attorney, controlling shareholders and contracts.- Incorporation of companies and certificates of increase in capital that are not approved in the template proposed by the CCB.- Public deeds.- Documents that have previously been returned by a CCB lawyer.
• The review does not imply the registration of the documents.
• Registration of the document shall not be guaranteed if:
  - The lawyer’s comments are not addressed.
  - The document approved by the lawyer is altered.

• After sending the certificate for review, the CCB may generate some of the following comments: document adequate for registration; document with comments; and document outside of the terms of use of the Prior Review Service for Certificates). The reply will be sent to the email address registered in the form and the company’s address for legal notification.
• Only documents in *.docx, *.pdf or *.tiff format with a maximum size of 5000 kb will be reviewed.
• The document must be sent by the channel activated on the CCB website for this service. Those sent by any other medium shall not be accepted.
• Requests, enquiries, or applications for information, etc., are not processed through this medium.
