It is the ability by different stakeholders to work in a collaborative fashion, in order to manage their own development.  The CCB works for the governance and management of knowledge by strengthening the following fronts: studies and research, regional competitiveness, citizen security, citizen oversight, urban development and mobility, support for education, programs for corporate strengthening in Cundinamarca, programs and partnerships in the central region of the country, network of libraries in Bogotá, cultural initiatives.
