The database includes all commercial and financial information of companies that are in the same condition as the affiliate. 

This database is free of charge, and saves our affiliates approximately 6 million.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DOWNLOADING THE MEMBER DATABASE

In the interest of strengthening our members’ business activities, the CCB is providing access to an exclusive database, in compliance with the duties assigned by law; acting as the party responsible for processing data, it collects, stores, uses, circulates and deletes the data of businesses registered in the mercantile register that we manage, for individual members or affiliated companies.

As a CCB member, you may download and consult the database of members that contains business and financial information entered in the mercantile register, when you enter via the virtual key service.

Consequently, those who access the information recorded in this database should use it only for the following purposes:

1. To strengthen your business activity as a CCB member.
2. To make business contacts between CCB members.
3. To identify business opportunities within the CCB's Circle of Affiliates.
4. To support commercial and business development in the CCB's Circle of Affiliates.
5. To increase the business competitiveness of members in the CCB's Circle of Affiliates.

That said, once you download the database for consultation, you agree to obtain the corresponding authorization to process data pursuant to the provisions of Law 1581/2012, its regulatory decrees and the Superintendency of Industry's instructions; to preserve it and maintain it under strict confidentiality, and not disclose the commercial and financial information of other members obtained by using this database to third parties. Therefore, you are the sole party responsible for the information made available to you.

Any sale or disclosure of the information contained in the database to third parties for any purpose is prohibited.

Similarly, you are obliged to refrain from disclosing, broadcasting or making available to third parties elements or content that constitute false, damaging, hostile, abusive, offensive, problematic, threatening, devious, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, unfounded or detrimental information that invades the privacy of any member.

Any complaint or information that the CCB receives from third parties about breach, abuse or misuse may be investigated by this entity, which if necessary, shall take the measures and start judicial and extra-judicial proceedings against you for the cessation of the conducts or to obtain the relevant remedies and compensation under the applicable law.
